Located just outside South Braintree Square, Viola's is a great addition to the Braintree dining scene. Located in an old KFC that formerly housed Cafe 1209 (a Korean/French fusion experiment), Viola delivers solid Italian food in generous portions at reasonable prices in a small intimate setting. We had the Caprese salad which comes with a nice twist: a plum tomato hollowed out and filled with mozzarella and some prosciutto. Lobster ravioli was sweet and tangy with nice pieces of lobster throughout, and the veal brachiolettini with mushrooms was top-notch. Beer and wine only. Recommended.
